Stephens Lake Overlook Swing

New swings are popping up left and right now that WV Tourism has opened for CVBs, State Parks and others to purchase a swing to be placed. The purpose of these swings was to drive tourism and it's working! This past weekend my husband and I ventured to the southern part of our state to visit three swings and only were able to visit two successfully, more details to come on the new swing at Rockhouse Trail 21 soon. Stephens Lake overlook is absolutely gorgeous and is the first swing we visited that actually had directional signs! When you pull into Lake Stephens follow the sign towards the Overlook then you will see a sign directing you to the Almost Heaven Swing (I wish ALL the swings had these...) LOL! There you will see ample parking and relatively flat surface to make your way to the swing. Unfortunately, someone had already damaged the state outline; I hope it gets fixed soon!
