Valley Park Swing - Hurricane

Ribbon Cutting for this swing was held on June 27th, 2024. We were taken aback by how beautiful Valley Park in Putnam County is, wish we had something more similar in Morgantown! They have a wave pool, zoo, multiple pavilions for rent, soccer fields, baseball fields, a dog park, tennis courts and walking paths. Follow GPS to Valley Park and follow the signs towards Pavilions 1-4, go past the soccer fields and make a left towards Pavilion 4. You will see a small gravel lot and pond with the Almost Heaven Swing on the opposite side. Take the gravel pathway to the swing and it is in a nice shaded area. We enjoyed a delicious lunch from Farley’s Famous Hot Dogs, recommend stopping by when visiting this swing!
