Wellsburg River Front | Brooke County

Installed in October 2025, Brooke County gets their very own Almost Heaven Swing. Located across the stress from the Brooke County Judicial Center, you can easily use GPS to 620 Main St. Wellsburg, WV and you will find the swing and plenty of street parking. There is one sidewalk curb that you will have to take to get to the swing, but it is a very short walk depending on your parking spot and easy to access. You will have a beautiful view of the Ohio River with the state of Ohio in the background.
